WWW: November 22nd

Hi Munchworms!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On A World of Words where you answer three fixed questions.

What are you currently reading?

The First Fifteen Lives of Harry AugustSonglines (The Sentinels of Eden, #1)
So, I made the drastic decision of kicking some of my “currently reading” back to my “TBR”. Simply because I didn’t have any motivation to read them and I don’t want to force myself when it comes to books. Pity, I know, but someday!
I did find the right head-space for Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine! I’ve been switching between reading that one and Songlines.

What did you recently finish reading?

Eleanor Oliphant is Completely FineDeath Note, Vol. 10: Deletion (Death Note, #10)Death Note, Vol. 11: Kindred Spirits (Death Note, #11)Death Note, Vol. 12: Finis (Death Note, #12)Death Note, Vol. 13: How to ReadFairy Tail, Vol. 01Fairy Tail, Vol. 02

What are you reading next?

I’m STILL focusing on the eARC’s and author requests. Although that might change a bit in the following days since I’m joining the Thanksgiving Readathon, so I’m going to go mood reader, I guess. That way I’ll read a lot more than “forcing” myself to pick up certain books.
These are – yet again – the eARC’s I have yet to read! With an added one, thanks to one of the authors, Matthew S. Cox!

Swan SongPoets, Artists, Lovers: A NovelThe Cruel Prince (The Folk of the Air, #1)Almost Invincible (The White Knight & Black Valentine Series Book 3)

Are you joining the Thanksgiving Readathon?
What are your plans for this week? Work? Reading? Eating way too much?!

Yep

  1. Oh, I definitely plan on eating too much this weekend. I have two Thanksgiving meals on Thursday and another one on Saturday. My mom, boyfriend, and I may be going to the zoo to walk around and look at their Christmas light display on Friday. And I may do some reading or writing this weekend, or we could just cuddle up on the couch and watch shows and/or movies.

  2. I’m afraid I cannot participate in Thanksgiving Readathon, I have to work… (sigh) in addition to that fact i’m a slow reader! Although I once told you that I’ve learned to juggle multiple books at the same time, I now find it’s incredibly difficult to do so. I ended up shoving the other book aside and focus on one book for a certain length of time :’-)

    1. I have to work on Thursday. Normally I had to work on Friday as well but since I have to go to a funeral.. I think I’ll be more than happy to lose myself in books after that.

I know! I always have multiple books on my currently reading but it’s just a fact that I only focus on one of them. I just need to finish a book once I’m in the mood for that specific book, haha.

    2. It’s quite a dilemma, isn’t it?? One part of me(you) want to read as many books as possible yet another part of me want to stay focus on one book at a time… quite contradictory!
