WWW Wednesday

You might or might not know how this girl is going to YALC next week. I never posted my TBR but.. Let’s just say there were plenty of books on there and I haven’t even succeeded at reading half of them? I’m still trying my best but.. remember that slump I thought I beat last week? Well.. I haven’t.

I barely read anything throughout the entire week except for yesterday?
Let’s take a look at the disaster my reading was / is.

As always, covers link back to the Goodreads-page, so feel free to check them out!

Current read

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (Harry Potter, #6)The AdultsThe Art of Being Normal

Yup, one gone, one added. That’s it.

Finished reading

A Sky Painted Gold

I finished this one yesterday? Ugh.

Reading next

Since I refused to post my YALC TBR two months ago, let’s just put all the books I’ve yet to read here. Make no mistake – I also have the sequel(s) to Super Awkward and The Sin Eater’s Daughter so that’s eight books to go. With my current read of The Art of Being Normal.
I can read a lot but eight / nine books in a week is.. impossible!

Noah Can't EvenAlice (The Chronicles of Alice, #1)Super AwkwardAll About MiaThe Sin Eater's Daughter (The Sin Eater's Daughter, #1)

ARC overview

One Day in DecemberHarshvilleMy Whole Truth
I Do Not Trust YouThe Lion Tamer Who LostTwice Dead (The Necromancer's Song, #1)Do Not Disturb

Are you going to YALC?
What has your week been like? Have any exciting weekend plans?

  1. My reading week has gone great, so I’m sorry to see/hear that yours didn’t go so well. All I can say is that though eight or nine books seems impossible, it can be done, but it would also mean cutting back on other things, so it is quite unlikely. I say just prioritize a few of your YALC reads and everything will be fine. I’m sure you’ll have a lovely time, and I look forward to hearing all about it.

  2. I DNFed Alice yesterday after trying for days to get into it. For some reason I just never felt inclined to carry on reading it even though I was and still am intrigued by the inherent darkness of the story. I want to give it another go however, so I think I might try to pick it back up after YALC when there’s no pressure or anything
