As the title implies, this isn’t really a very interesting post, for one reason and one reason alone: nothing has changed. Absolutely zilch, nada! Unless you count adding one book to my current reads and.. that’s it? All of the underneath is pretty much a copy/paste-thing of last week’s post!
Which is why I’ll make this a bit more interesting by talking about.. other stuff!
First: I won’t be as present next week because I’m going on holiday for five days and I am so looking forward to it! We’ll be staying in a small cottage with our own sauna, bubble bath and rain shower and.. well, let’s just say I’m completely, entirely, totally ready for some relaxation after the torture of these past couple of months.
Second: The lovely Destiny and I are planning to host a ten day-readathon at the end of December so keep an eye out for that post! It’ll probably be up sometime at the start of November. We’re so excited to do this and I hope you are too!
Let’s see what today’s update looks like.
As always, covers link back to the Goodreads-page, so feel free to check them out!
Like I said: the only difference here is the addition of One New York Christmas and that happened because I didn’t have Sinner with me and wanted to read something other than IT for a bit. Compared to last week, I did make a huge dent in the latter though! I only have about 200 pages to go before I’m done – which is a freaking miracle considering I was.. about 300 pages behind schedule in my previous update?
I’m just going to act as if this isn’t blank..
LI don’t know. I wanted to get to Goddess of the Sea and The Art of Baking Blind last week, but at this point I truly have no idea what I’m going to do once I finish IT. Hopefully finish Sinner? Or maybe cave and get myself an ecopy of Kingdom of Ash? Or maybe I’ll just see what books catch my eye when I’m packing?
How did your week go? Life-wise and reading-wise?
Anything special or out of the ordinary happen?
What do you think the theme will be for the December-readathon?
If you have a WWW-post of your own, feel free to leave it in the comments!
