Ordinarily, I wouldn’t even think about joining a readathon – what with the baby and all – but, as you might have figured from my April TBR, I couldn’t quite resist trying to collect all my OWL’s. So, of course, that has boosted me to read just that little bit more these last couple of days..
Also, yes; the baby, me and the boyfriend are doing fine! He’s changed so much since his birth. It’s amazing.
Time to see what I read!
As always, covers link back to the Goodreads-page, so feel free to check them out!
I literally only read two pages of each when it comes to my current reads. I haven’t decided yet on which I’m going to focus, so we’ll see about that! I’m going to try and finish them both by next week though, haha.
I finished four books – again! Pasta Pinor & Murder was a quick murder mystery to read. I didn’t overly enjoyed it, but it wasn’t too bad either. I also finished Lara Jean’s story – I love these books, okay! I just wish there were.. more? I’m so intrigued to find out what Kitty is up to and all.. Seriously.. I’d love books on her. Then I finished My Favorite Half-Night Stand by Christina Lauren. Those two women are one of my favorite writing duos out there; they never disappoint and they didn’t this time either! As for The Poet X.. It was my first time reading a book in verse and I can recommend. Seriously. The message this book brings is huge and powerful and.. it’s simply an amazing experience.
I think I’ll be going with this one next!
Ahhh so happy you liked The Poet X, I really need to read that book eventually, I’ve only heard amazing things about it ❤ and yay for reading Starry Eyes soon, I need to get that one, too ahah 🙂
Happy reading, Kathy ❤ ❤
