House-hunting, melting in the sun - and in the shadow -, going to London, more house-hunting, even more house-hunting, trying to catch up on my blog.. Yup, it's been quite the month for me! Of course, reading-wise it means I've had less time. I knew it up front, but you always keep hoping you'll have more time to read than you anticipated, right? Anyway! The last month I read this "little", was March. I read equally as many books but less pages. Oh well! Let's see what I've been up to, huh?!
Why is this year flying by so quickly? I can hardly believe we're over half of the year! I really need to get a move on my six month-view of all the goals and challenges I set myself at the start of the year but.. Let's start by wrapping up June, huh?
My wrap-up for May: What did I read? How overboard did I go with buying books this month? Find out here! [And yes, there's a lot of books...]
I don’t even want to know how many of you were on my case about this book. A lot of you were, that’s for sure! I knew I wanted to read Stalking Jack the Ripper – if only because London and I are a perfect combination. So sorry it took me this ridiculously long to pick it up, guys! But I finally did it!
April has been one hell of a month with a lot of changes, a lot of good news and... well, a lot of fun! Of course, I also read an awful lot - but didn't really stick to my monthly challenge.. Oops?
